Community Leaders and Organizations

Community leaders and organizations have long impacted neighborhoods and cities across the United States– whether through local volunteering efforts, community advocacy, local fundraising, and providing safe spaces for all members regardless of an individuals background and affiliation.

  • Bridging strengthens our communities: Though the term “bridging” is not commonly used by community organizations, it is naturally woven throughout our work as we strive to make our communities tighter and stronger. When bridge builders and community leaders work together, we have unlimited potential to expand our collective community impact.
  • Community-focused coalitions expand ideas and conversations: By participating in NWoC, community organizations gain visibility among new audiences and potential collaborators, donors, and partners. Sharing ideas and initiatives that would have worked for our individual communities will benefit the growth and success others can have in their respective organizations.
  • Amplify and elevate your work:  Participating in NWoC’s social media and earned media campaigns, you can expose your work and organization’s reach beyond your current supporters and members. This coalition of leaders and organizations aim to expand and uplift the types of programming and content you are already providing.
